I have recommended Dr. Gueler to several friends who have been very happy with his total focus on doing what's right for each patient. When my nanny was in a near fatal car accident, Dr. Al was the first person I thought of bringing her for a follow-up checkup. I was very impressed when I learned that he still worked some shifts in the emergency room in order to stay connected and current with the types of cases that are handled there. I knew he would be the perfect doctor to help my nanny after the accident. Another friend suffered a heart attack after recently moving to town and needed a doctor - again - Dr. Al to the rescue. When my own internist decided to convert his practice to concierge care, it was a no-brainer who to select as my new primary care physician. Dr. Al (and his nurse) take as much time with you as you need. I will continue to recommend Dr. Al and his staff to all my friends.
