Review content:
Our pup became sick on a holiday weekend, so we took her here. We waited forever, but that couldn't be helped; nobody else was open. Dr. Dana was great with her. Unfortunately, she didn't get any better. We were new to the area, so I had to consult with my old vet 2 hours away. She said I needed to refill her prescription. I called Pet Emergency, but they said they wouldn't help b/c Dr. Dana was out of town. My vet called to ask another vet to write the prescription, but they gave us the run around. Finally, my old vet prescribed it through a people pharmacy in the area. I understand this is an emergency facility, but when the treatment isn't helping, I think they should do what they can to follow up and help you, especially if coordinating with another qualified vet.
Pros: Open 24 Hours, Great Bedside Manner
Cons: Long Wait, ZERO follow-up
