Review content:
I purchased our family pool 10 weeks ago and have been disappointed in Namco ever since. The sales person ""misplaced"" my delivery order, and it showed up 4 weeks later then they scheduled. From there it only got worse...\r Namco DOES NOT INSTALL POOLS. THEY ""SUGGEST"" SUB CONTRACTORS FROM A LIST THAT IS LOCATED IN THE STORE. They will not help if there are problems with a contractor...believe me. The contractor they recommended dumped 2 tons of sand ($220.00) in the middle of my backyard, flattened the top of the pile and proceeded to build the pool on top of this mountain of sand. He left with $525.00 cash in hand while the mountain of sand and pool was sliding out of the back yard fence. By the next day I had to pay another contractor to fix the problem. \r All Namco could say was ""TAKE PICTURES"". Since then...any question I have had about pump, filter, liner, ""rewards club"", electrical issues have gone UNANSWERED. I am repeatedly told to ""view the CD"" by the Namco sales people. The CD doesnt help when You are outside working on your pool and the computer is in the house...Namco! \r As a single woman, who is very handy around the house, I would not recommend NAMCO or thier suggested installers. Once they get their money they are NO HELP! Pros: price Cons: poor customer service, pool installation
