Review content:
I ordered 3 dinners w/drinks (the special), a cheese steak and a small calzone. Well when the order arrived there was no calzone. So the driver went back for it, while he was gone I realized that none of our drinks were delivered either. I called OIP and they said, ask the driver he should have them, when the guy came back he had no idea about the special.. Pass the buck. So I called OIP AGAIN and told them that the driver did not have our beverages. I asked them to refund the cost of the three drinks and they said they can do that. They also will not make a third trip to my house. They tell me that they put a note on my phone number in their systems so on my next order they will send the soda. I explained that I never call my order in I only order on-line and they simply said well then I dont know what to tell you. Quality of food was fair. They recently changed the size of the cheese steaks and they are now 1/2 the size for same pricel.
