My daughter had a miscarriage yesterday afternoon. Told by Dr. Yoo's staff he wasn't in ,go to emergency room.She had a regular appt. today, after arriving, they told her she didn't have an appt. that it was later in the month. She called me crying. I called and demanded she been seen right away.I took her back only to be turned away by staff member ""Tiffany"" that the 3 forms of paperwork we had from her insurance stating she was insured and covered wasn't good enough.The night before the hospital said the insurance was fine and went through. ""Tiffany"" didn't even try to run the insurance. My daughter was sitting there, crying and bleeding and they refused to treat her. I begged them to treat her, but ""Tiffany"" was so rude, and mean spirited. She had no compassion! I would NEVER recommend this doctor as long as she is working there, and the rest of the staff that just sat there not doing anything, and I let everyone in the waiting room know that this was NOT a good place to go. I am leaving this comment so women will go anywhere but here.
