Review content:
Will never come back! My maltese gets skin infections about twice a year. Regular vet couldn't see him so i went to VCA West Seattle. They called ELLIOTT BAY ANIMAL HOSPITAL in advance to get all his history, and even with that, VCA:
(1) Gave my puppy the wrong dose of meds even though i SPECIFICALLY asked for the same thing (because I know what works after 6 years going twice a year!) - probably just so that we'd come back and spend more money!! The vet kept saying ""make sure you come back if it doesn't clear up"" and no one ever says that cuz they know it'll work, well, this time it didn't clear up so when i went back to my regular vet they looked and said the dosage was not enough to clear it. SKETCHY!!!!!
(2) They also gave my pup steriods, which he'd NEVER had before, claiming that it needed to be taken with the other meds. My normal vet said Beezy would only need this if the itching bothered him, which i SPECIFICALLY told VCA again that he doesn't scratch or itch like that. So they completely bamboozled me!!!!
I can't believe they under and then over drugged my dog just get more $$$$ out of me. I will NEVER EVER GO BACK!!! They are sketchy!
