We had been looking for a Spa for sometime and noted Summerwind in Carrboro carried the Baja brand, (manufacturing plants in Tucson, AZ and Salisbury, NC, Energy Star Partner and Weatherwrap not foam insulation plus many more features). We walked in, asked millions of questions about an in store model. We called and asked more questions and then we went back in for more questions that we had. Each time the staff took the time to answer our questions and explain how different functions worked even to the cellular level. The delivery was prompt and as we continue to take our water samples in to be tested, we are greeted courteously and helped promptly. Great staff and awesome piece of equipment .
