Review content:
Last month our furnace went out right before Christmas. Even though that is one of the worse times to experience something like that Guaranteed Comfort made it better.
Luckily it was just the igniter on the furnace but thankfully Jeremy did a full safety inspection and found that the heat ex-changer was cracked and it needed to be replaced. He explained how dangerous this is due to the carbon monoxide and provided us with other information that was needed. We decided it would be best to replace the entire unit.
Monday morning Kathy called us from Gauranteed Comfort to explain prices and finance options. After researching we could not find a better rate with what they offered on a 98 efficient furnace. That following Wednesday the furnace was installed and we had HEAT!!!
To add one more thing there was a misunderstanding on my part with a price quote and without and problems we were credited that amount. I will never go anywhere else for any services that they provide. Thank you Guaranteed Comfort and your entire team!!!
