Jim provided oustanding response time and service. I have used other AC repair services and would recommend Guaranteed Comfort and Energy hands down over the others. We called at 7:30 pm on Monday night and Jim was at our house within the hour. He didn't play any games or charge us an extra fees for after hours. He went right to work. He even got our system running better then before it went down. My AC unit was having a hard time with all the heat and Jim made some recommendations have definately improved the effeciency of our ac system.
