I had a procedure done at the Houston location a year and a half ago by Dr. Greenberg. I remember the efficiency and no wait time. She did take the time to take care of me, which was good b/c I am a 30 year old female who turned out to have skin cancer! I wished to have a check up, so I caled today to make an appointment and was informed by the uncaring, flat-affective receptionist that her first appointment would be over two months from now. The receptionist could care less about the customer; therefore, I will never go back. Despite the fact that I liked the doctor, I will not support services that employe rude, unprofessional and uncaring people. I also will not support services that require patients to wait a minimum of two months.
Pros: Good doctor
Cons: 2 month wait for appt. and uncaring receptionist
