Review content:
I had an appointment today at (what I thought was) 3:00pm. I came in a huge hurry from downtown and I was 15 minutes late. (I know, shame on me) It turns out that they had my appt for 2:45, so that put me at 30 minutes late. The very rude and unhelpful lady at the window immediately said that I needed to reschedule. She did not even attempt to work me in or ask if I would be willing to see a different doctor. Even if they really were too busy, she was rude and very put out by my tardiness. I was stunned so I left in disappointment and won’t be rescheduling with their office. Thanks for ‘nuthin’.
