Review content:
I have been a long term patient/customer (7+ years) of Advanced Eyecare. Their contact lens service has taken a nosedive recently. I had an appointment in early November. The doctor ordered new contacts and said they would be there in approximately 3 days. Two weeks later, and I have not heard from them. I called and talked to the person who orders the contact lenses (Delores?). She seemed pretty clueless, and said they were on their way. Surprisingly, three days later the contacts arrive. I had a follow up appointment 4 days after that, and the doctor ordered a change in prescription for one eye. Again, he said 3 days for the new lens. Now it is 30 days later, and still no lens. I have called the office two or three times a week to remind them. Three weeks in a row, I have been told the lens will “be here on Tuesday”. So, now it is over 6 weeks without the correct lens. If you like the doctors there, fine, but definitely order your lenses elsewhere. You will save a lot of time, aggravation and even some money.
