i have gone to claude & martha for YEARS! i really love everything about classes here. claude is like god, i swear! his words are so inspirational & his expierience instructing is exceptional. i have a hard time taking class anywhere else because i'm so spoiled here. i live in tampa & cant find anything else like it. martha is so wonderful too! the price is so reasonable & the classes are long. all ages & levels are comfortable. it's worth every penny. this place is benificial for mind, body & soul. i can't say enough great things.
