Personally, I find it amusing to look at some of the lesser positive reviews... Clearly some of these people have an axe to grind and it's really hard to believe that they're being fair and honest.
Look, I'm as concerned about my oral hygiene and smile as anyone else who lives in LA and I can say without a single doubt that there is no better place in the country to receive dental care than with Dr. Kristi or Dr. Bruce. I'm 40+ and have been through my fair share of dentists. And absolutely none of them even come close to the level of care and professionalism that I receive at Esthetic Professionals.
I had a fairly complex case that required a full mouth reconstruction and there is not one friend of mine that isn't amazed at what they've been able to achieve with me. I look great (at least I think so) and I get compliments on my smile all the time.
I went to Dr. Kristi and she was very communicative the entire time. She really cared about what I had to say and how I wanted to look. She walked me through the process and kept me informed every step of the way. And here's the other thing. I also shopped around. I wanted to see what other dentists in different areas within LA were charging for the same procedure and Dr. Kristi was right where I wanted to be. They weren't the cheapest (and honestly, who wants to go cheap on your own smile!!) but they also weren't nearly the most expensive.
Not only that, they stood behind their work. If there's something that's clearly their fault, they're going to fix it. I'm happy to say that my procedure went as smoothly, even more so, as possible. So anyone who's saying that the only thing they care about is the look of their office, doesn't know what they're talking about. At least in my opinion.
