After 25 years of home ownership, my wife and I decided to get air conditioning and to replace our heater.
We began by researching different companies on the Internet by checking customer reviews and the BBB ratings. We found that West Coast Appliance services had an A+ rating!
We then interviewed and received 3 different estimates before we selected West Coast. We selected West Coast because of their pricing and expert knowledge of their sales Representative Mike Anderson.
Two days after we committed to them, the new a/c and furnace were expertly installed and both units were operational in less than a day!
We are extremely pleased with the quality of product and the outstanding service from Mike Anderson and have no hesitation recommending West Coast to anyone.
