All about Nutrition seriously changed my life and it could change yours too! I went in with baby weight to lose and not thinking that I would EVER consider making this a way of life. My concern at the time was getting back into my jeans and that was it. I decided to do it full force to see if I could get the results that I wanted and oh my goodness you have NO IDEA........In just a few short months I lost all the weight I needed to which was 30+ lbs over 40 inches, 4 sizes, and 11% body fat. I live, breath, and love herbalife. I would rather have a shake over a meal most of the time because not only do they fill me up but they are soooo good. My husband, daughter, mom, sisters, dad and everyone I can get my hands on now uses the products and are changing their bodies as quickly as I did. I highly recommend this facility and herablife in general. So just ask yourself like Lorrie Massie asked me...........""how bad do you want it""?
