It's not until I went to another vet that I found out that Suburban's prices are over-inflated ! I've been there for years and recently left because of their rude staff. I hate changes and it really takes a lot for me to switch. Their staff has cut me off mid-sentence and are always rushing me out. Maybe to pay their big bills. My dog liked her doctor but she left so now there's no reason to stay.
Pros: Nice clinic
Cons: Price, disgruntled staff
