Review content:
I hired this company to clean my carpet the day after I had my house moved out. I had experienced a really bad experience with my movers and the company the day before so I was still in a bad mood the following day. One thing that I do give them credit for was the punctuality they had when they arrived. They said they would be there at 11 am and they where there 11 am sharp. So things started off at a great start. They quoted me very reasonable but the day of the clean they actually brought something to my attention that I was not so happy to find out. You see I have a small mini schnauzer which is my life but when he was potty training he left behind some stains that I though would not be a problem but unfortunately they were. The man was so kind to explain to me that doing a pet treatment would really save me more money than to actually get rid of the carpet. He really opened up my eyes to the importance of doing a pet treatment especially for my future home buyers that had an infant which I assume would be crawling soon. I did not mind going a little over my budget, the man was so great explaining everything to me and trying to workout a deal to stay as close to my budget that I could definitely recommend them again.
