This place has been in business for 35 years! They are authorized dealers for all the brands I was interested in (Monitor Audio, Integra, Kef) and were also willing to order any brand that I might've wanted.
Tom and his lovely wife, Isabelle are the owners and two genuinely nice people. Tom wanted to make sure that I was happy with every item I purchased and I am truly satisfied. He made it easy and affordable for me to put together the exact package that worked for my needs and my space. One of the nicest people I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Thanks, again, Tom and Isabelle!
John is one very experienced audio salesman who will allow you to try any or all the speakers that they have in either of their two, well equipped sound rooms. No sales pressure at all, is what you can expect. Have it your way seems to be his motto. Only helpful suggestions and useful information to assist you in your decision making. What a noticeable difference from other high end audio stores in NYC... This place is a real find!
