What can I say about Dean? Well the first thing that comes to mind is that he loves to use exclamation points. People usually only do that when they are either angry or happy, and Dean was never angry with us (or at least he didn't let on if he was). No, Dean used a lot of exclamation points with us because he was constantly sending us good, or at least encouraging, news. If I got an email from Dean (usually about one per hour, five days a week), it was either a form for me to sign or it was good news, and either way it had exclamation points saying 'Thanks!!'. He got us approved for our FHA loan at a time when we were having doubts that we could ever be loved by a lender, and I threw Dean every curveball- 'Hey, I actually don't have copies of my past tax returns"". ""Oh, I don't know where my SS card is."" ""Yeah, my dad gave us some money and you're crazy if you think he's going to send you a copy of his bank statement."" Everytime, I imagine Dean closed his eyes, breathed deeply, and just kept going, unfazed. There really were so many times when I thought it seemed like there was no way we were going to get approved, right down to the last day, and Dean just always seemed so confident. I thought he was full of it, but I guess his confidence was legit. We tried another lender previously, which is another review in itself, and Dean was the opposite of that experience- he was insanely prompt, he always replied quickly to my emails, always seemed on top of things, and always extremely friendly. So friendly that he even called me Bri one or two times, but I assume that was just because he was working so hard that he didn't have time to write out Brian completely! I'm joking around, but in all sincerity, Dean was really awesome to work with, completely above and beyond, and in the end got us what we wanted, and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone out there looking. Thanks Dean!!!! -Brian, Ngoc, and Pascale
