I've been in Real Estate for the past 10 years and I can honestly say that I have NEVER worked with any lender better than DEAN WONG.
As you can imagine, finding the right loan officer is one of the most important parts of a real estate transaction. I can't tell you how many deals I've seen fall apart because lender incompetence. Often, it's because the buyer was dazzled by a too-good-to-be-true interest rate, only to find out later that the ""fine print"" makes that rate impossible. It's one thing for a lender to make people happy at the beginning of a transaction. It's another thing entirely to make sure they're still happy by the end.
It is such a relief when I hear that the buyers will be working with Dean. Then I can rest assured that the deal will close and the buyers will be smiling throughout the entire process.
Dean Wong is the REAL DEAL. Give him a call -- you'll be so glad you did.
