Review content:
I checked into the hotel late, couldn't sleep because of a little beeping sound somewhere that would continue beeping for every other two minutes. I called the front desk and complained about the beeping sound. In the morning, it turned out that the beeping came from the device installed in the hallway, ""air quality"" monitoring or similar function. Probably there would be one located right outside your room. How could you sleep with a little beeping sound in your ear every two minutes?\r \r I booked my stay through Orbitz, thinking that the bill was all ready paid with my credit card for the whole travel package. Checked out of the hotel early in the morning, didn't bother reading the bill because was told by the front desk clerk that it was paid through Orbitz. Got home and later discovered that they charged me $1.50 per day for the little safe in the room that I never used. It is petty for the Best Western name.
