casper police on the take??
i 2006 my daughter was offended. i believe the mother ""wife of under-sherriff david kinghorns brother at the time was involved in arranging it"" casper police officer kathrine davidson had allowed the mother to change her story 2 times in the first attack then helped prove 2nd attack didn't happen even though hospital referred it over. the guy later arrested for offending his INFANT. reported to lt. liable of Casper pd i was told he was offended and refused to investigate. in fall of 08 mother was driving by with guns yrt again reported to 1 jim hulcher- who gave it to lt. wynuk who then helped cover it up and Casper pd refused to help in any manner even with court order so i could see my kids. they did however help the mother obtain a domestic order that in fact shows the defendant ME was not even there at the time of the threat but now has implicated judge sullins instead as was already testified i wasnt there to do it by that judge. full story at twitter jeff7442000. this is only a touch on the problem « Hide Was this review helpful?
