Some of the worst Chinese food I've ever had! Went at 5:30 on a Saturday. No one was in the restaurant, and this was around 5:30 pm, which seems off for what is supposedly such a popular place. The wait staff was just sitting around a table, and I almost felt like I was being watched while we sat there. Very unprofessional. Waiter was not very friendly. Appetizers were not that good. What really irritated me is that my wife's entree came out 10 minutes before mine did! Even a couple that had ordered 5 minutes after I did had their food before me! Once my food came out, I was very displeased with how bland the dish was. Isn't Szechwan supposed to be spicy? My Szechwan dish had no spice at all! Overall extremely bland food! Im originally from Dayton and Ive experienced much better Chinese restaurants there than this ""top rated"" Bo Loong. Please don't waste your time. Just go to P.F. Chang's instead for a more enjoyable meal and experience. Try Jade Tree in Mentor for better Chinese food as well (rated top Chinese food by Cleveland Magazine).
