Review content:
I started to use the first hearing aid at a different store and cancelled on that one to move to Ascent Audiology and Hearing Cincinnati. I am now working with Amy Holland and she is great. She is very courteous, kind and patient with me. She went through the whole explanation of audiology and I felt comfortable asking questions. I have been using the aid she recommended for about a month and I have had no problems with it. It works well for me!
