Review content:
This PA failed to introduce herself as a PA, I was under the impression that she was a physician. Although my appointment was made for one thing, she refused to address my chief complaint at the visit. She told me I would have to make another appointment and pay another copay. She rushed me through without any care whatsoever for my wellbeing. The only thing she seemed to care about was getting me out of the way, so she could bill my insurance. They asked me to fill out the very convenient family history and complaint questionnaire, but never even glanced at it. The lady at the front desk told me I would have to fill this form out every time I came in, but it turns out that that only applies to me. Others who have gone there only filled it out once. Her assistant asked me to leave my urine sample in the restroom, although I had already brought it to her at her station. It's a violation to leave the specimen unattended without date, time, and initials on it. There's no guarantee that the sample she eventually tested was even mine. I was given a lot of ""it might be"" and ""it probably is,"" but no definite answers. My blood was drawn, but I have no idea what for or what tests they plan to run. I was disgusted with them when I left the facility, but even more so after talking with a family member who is also a medical professional.
