I went in to your shop for a NYS inspection and was charged an unauthorized diagnostic fee. All I wanted was an inpection that should have cost me $37 not $75. The Owner/ Manager George proceeded to tell me everything else that was wrong with my truck and said I wouldn't be able to pass inspection because of ripped boots. Which I beleive in the NYS DMV website clearly states that those are not reasons to fail and that the mechanic can only notify you of the problem. Besides all the attemted upselling and unauthorized diagnostics I get in my truck and it stinks of cigarettes and the seat is all the way back like some one was hanging out taking a smoke break! I clearly travel with my children in that truck with the obvious car seats. Total disreguard to my personal property! I was also told it would take an hour at most to do the inspection. I dropped it off at 9AM called twice around 4-4:30 and finally had to walk to the station at 5:15PM to pick up the vehicle.Again I only wanted an inspection not a full work up of my vehicle! I'm not only warning all my 1000 plus friends and family on facebook , I'm reporting you to the better business beareu, consumer affairs, NYS attorney general and the DMV. Appearantly Olympos auto service has a horrible reputation. Unfortunately I was refered by a family member and now he will no longer be dealing with your shop either.Hope charging me the extra money was worth it.
