Review content:
If you can get past the grim service with the receptionists, (poor phone manners, bad communication) I don't expect appetizers, but please leave the unwelcome sign at home! (It's never a good time to ask them questions!) then I doubt that you will be in a good mood once you realize the doctor ) at least the one that I saw was in a hurry at the least and thought I was too concerned, and told me so, okay maybe, but my child did have an infection once I convinced her to double check. Overall I get the feeling that these are good Doctors (very busy) but aloof in some cases to the point of being too superior to listen very well. Take in mind, that this was just one doctor and since it happened more than a few times with her I recently switched doctors.
Pros: Downtown Santa Barbara
Cons: Chronic POOR service with office staff
