Review content:
We've been taking our dog and cat to Prairie Oak for a couple of years now. The staff is always friendly, caring and interested. We take advantage of the conveniently located scale in the waiting area to check our dog's weight each month. The desk staff never fails to ask how he's doing and make a note in his chart about his current weight. Dr. Burks has gone out of her way to help us figure out both our dog's best diet plan and our cat's problem with scratching furniture. She has personally called us back to answer even our stupidest questions. She spent a good half hour one evening calculating the k-calorie content of our dog food for us!
Pros: Excellent attention to wellness care, owner education
Cons: Small waiting area with haphazardly hung pictures on walls.
