Charles J. Nivens is a horrible doctor who lies to his patients.\r

His staff is even worse. They lie to patients, make fun of patients, will not return phone calls and are rude. Expect your concerns to be completely ignored.\r

Expect your wait time to be over three hours before you see Nivens for 10 minutes.\r
\r
Be sure you get everything in writing and never trust Nivens or his staff at their word.\r
\r
Charles J. Nivens of Bluffton and Hilton Head, SC, does not follow any standard of care practices and will ignore your concerns.\r

His wife does the billing so don't even think you can argue that your bill is wrong.\r
\r
If a procedure is done, ask how much it's going to cost and get it done in writing before you agree.\r
