Having made my first visit to PPC yesterday (I showed up on time) I was favorably impressed. The building and office were clean, modern and easily accessible. They do need a prominently-displayed street address located on the building. Parking is adequate.\r \r The paperwork is typical for a medical office - first thing is a wallet biopsy. The waiting room is clean and comfortable. The examination room was very cold. After fifteen minutes of wait in there, I had to return to the reception area to warm up.\r \r The reason for the wait was that the nurse practitioner, Megan Forney, was carefully reading the health history regarding my pain, which I had spent quite some time composing in the hope that it *would* be read carefully. I appreciated this.\r \r Ms. Forney was caring, courteous, and very professional. She made me comfortable in another (warmer) exam room and went over every aspect of my history and condition. She answered all my questions, provided options and gave me literature on the SNS device. At no time was I rushed. My complaints were heard and responded to.\r \r If the rest of my treatment goes this well, I will be most satisfied. So far, I recommend this practice. Pros: Megan Forney is a pro. (I have no vested interest in this clinic) Cons: Somewhat unfriendly warning signs about Rx use and refill.
