Review content:
Went to the emergency room around 11pm feeling really sick and in alot of pain (was to find out I had a kidney stone) . Upon entering I signed in with Julie who was totally sympathetic to my plight. She told me to have a seat don't worry and that someone would be right with me. Low and behold there was Julie about a second later escorting me to my emaculate room. The next person to see me was my nurse Sue who was Wonderful she brought me some warm blankets, kind words and a reassuring touch. About 2seconds later here comes my GQ doctor Harris who listened attentively and ordered the appropriate tests. Unbelivibly in this hospital you don't have to wait around for hours writhing in pain while the staff seems to have forgotten why you were even there. At Grandview you have to hold on to your hat because they wisk you immediately away to get your tests done. I knw that you're probably thinking that the emergency room must have been empty since I had so much attention but on the contrary they actually had a full house. In the end my bloodwork, cat scan, urinalysis etc was all done with a thorough explanation fro Dr. GQ in about an hour. Then there was last but certainly no least Kathleen who called me with the final results of the tests that were taken. Not the best and some surprises but there could not have been a better person to translate them to me. Instead of getting off the phone and calling the funeral director she completely put my mind at ease and directed me to do the followups why my doctor. At my age (which I won't disclose I have been to quite a few emergency rooms in my day but have never had the treatment like I had at Grendview Hospital. My final suggestion to anyone who lives within a 100 mile radius shouldn't go anywhere else. My heart felt thanks again to...Doc Harris, Sue, Kathleen and Julie, you guys are the BEST!!!!!!!
