Review content:
Our 19 year old cat had to be euthanized. My husband and I made an appointment for 6pm, supposedly the last appointment of the day, as we wanted our beloved cat's last hours to be peaceful and serene. They were anything but.
Rather than telling us that the clinic had two very loud barking dogs and either keeping us in a room away from these dogs, or asking us to wait in our automobile while these dogs were bering treated, we were put in a room right next to them.
We sat for over 25 minutes while the dogs were being treated and wildly barking and our 19 year old cat was scared witless, trying to get out of our arms and pleading with his eyes. We asked the receptionist why we had to wait in this room with the dogs barking and the cat shaking and she said that ""other people had appointments too.""
The last vision we had of our cat was laying there with his wide eyes open after his first numbing shot. It was a very sad experience.
