Long wait times. I am a fairly new patient and I've come from a great practice. Had to switch to UC Davis due to insurance. It's been a negative experience. Tried to have my son see this doctor. I was surprised to be referred to urgent care so often. I have many doctors in my family. Due to lack of availability with this practice I took my son to see them. When bringing in my son for follow up care to a UC Davis physician I was somewhat scolded for seeing a family member physician. Even though the diagnosis and treatment given was correct I was advised I need to go to their urgent care next time. There are no advice nurses to speak to which was also surprising. I strongly felt financial gain for the practice was far more important than health. I have switched practices.
