Review content:
We purchased a +$1300 crystal light fixture, which after it was installed, we discovered it was damaged AND someone had tried to repair it. This fixture had been hanging in their show room prior to purchase. Some employee at North Side knew this very expensive light was damaged, yet they let a customer purchase it and now are sitting by while the customer is called a liar and accused of damaging the fixture. It had been hung and taken down by their employee, Steve. As I have read, Steve is a convicted felon. However, when he denied that he damaged the light, the sales person, Linda, called me the liar and said that we damaged the light. We will follow through and sue Norhtside Lighting. Furthermore, I so resent being called a liar! The three persons who helped install the light, (took it out of the box as it arrived from Northside Lighting) and were present when it was discovered that it was damaged, have all agreed that we will submit to polygraphs as testimony in court. I don't care about the cost, but we will prove that we aren't the liars, nor did we damage the light. This is what shopping at North Side Lighting amounts to; they sell damaged products then blame the customer!!!!
