Review content:
I felt like this dentist spent more time trying to sell me on unnecesary, invasive and expensive treatments than on examining my teeth. Also, the office confirmed my insurance coverage over the phone and then denied it when I arrived for my appointment. I will not be returning to Gentle Dental.
Pros: Pleasant enough staff
Cons: Dubious practices, hard selling, billing mistakes
