This is my first review but I really appreciate the service I received at the Great Bear on Sanford Ave so I'm making an account to post my experiences. I've been going here for the past year based on recommendations from friends. It's very trustworthy and the people can be either very friendly or straight to the point, both of which are positives. If you're Korean, there are also a few great Korean mechanics (along with a few other mechanics) who can help you. Audra, one of the female mechanics, is amazing. She holds free workshops for women (or anyone) to educate them on auto repair (check for dates on google maps announcements). She's super friendly and I learned a lot from just one session with her. She's really passionate about auto repair and teaching and is the perfect person to go to if you don't know much and are looking for a great auto repair shop. I highly recommend this place.
