Review content:
For 10 years we used their Leisure Time chemicals for our spa. Now, they only sell Spa Essentials and assured us they are the same and will maintain our spa as well. They are NOT and do NOT. I told the salesman that if they didn't work as well, I would return them for a refund and he said he understood. However, when I tried to return them today - they said they give no refunds on opened bottles. No suggestions were made as to what adjustments we might make to make the stuff work - just ""Goodbye"". Very poor business practice!
