Review content:
I recently had an eye exam at the clinic. When the glasses were delivered the perscription was incorrect. I could see better with my old glasses than with the new!!! They told me that the glasses were made incorrectly and ordered another pair. When the new glasses the staff told me to wear them until I could see better. I've worn glasses for 42 years and never have I heard such an outrageous proposal.\r \r I always saw Doctor Paymar when I went to the clinic. The Doctor has since retired. I asked Dr. Stout if he had read Dr Paymar's notes. He glanced at them as if to say what could I learn from him. Dr Paymar told me that my eyes need diffrent care to get the right perscription. I guess Dr Stout thinks that arrogance overcomes customer care.\r \r I had hoped that thee clinic would offer me an exam by another drocor. This was not to be. Guess business is so good that one can couple arrogance with a total disregard for well being of the patient.
