If anyone knows where to file a complaint against New House Title please post after me. I wonder why banks prefer to have this company do their titling needs because they are really worst in a lot of ways. Staff are incompetent, unprofessional, so disorganized and lazy. They do not care for their customers and all they care is to receive payments for their rediculous services. I am having thoughts of reporting them to the BTR BB and any other governing bodies that will be able to penalize them. A LOT OF HOMEBUYERS SUFFERED HUGE LOSSES OF MONEY BECAUSE OF THEIR VERY POOR SERVICES. THEY MAKE A LOT OF DELAYS AND MISTAKES THAT IF YOU DO NOT FOLLOW UP THEY WILL NOT MOVE. I CANNOT WAIT TO KNOW THAT THIS TITLE COMPANY IS GOING TO CLOSE BECAUSE OF COMPLAINTS AGAINST THEM. I believe the owner of this company has no idea that the staff are not doing what they are suppose to do. The owner must open his/her eyes before it's too late. MY REQUEST TO ANYONE WHO WILL READ THIS REVIEW AND WHO HAS THE KNOWLEDGE ON WHERE TO FILE A COMPLAINT PLEASE POST THE INFO AND I WILL DO THE REST.
