I wouldnt even rate this company. They are run by people who lose paper work, have you repeat the same papr work over and over again because they cant find them . They lack the professional courtesy to call you back or return an email. They need to know every deposit you make into your checking or saving account and had to prove where it came from. Where your down payment is coming from and prove it too. Some of this is done by an over zelous, lack of education and anal retentive underwriters. Over the past 35 year I have bought and sold 5 houses and never experience such unprofessional people that are employed by this company. If I was their supervisor, I would have fired a few of them.\r

DO USE THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO WIND UP IN A STRAIGHT JACKET!!!!!
