Review content:
This is the most awful company I can imagine. They are totally incompetent, totally non-responsive to the buyer or lender. We had no choice -- our purchase was a foreclosure and so the title company was selected by the seller (US BANK). Three times the mortgage bank had to re- FAX them the same materials. Any time we tried to contact the ""assigned"" person from New House Title, we got no reply -- either email or voicemail. On our closing date, February 26, they delayed the closing from 3 pm until 6 pm because they didn't ""have the papers"". Alll of our paperwork, loan approval, etc was with this title company at least 3 weeks before the contract closing date. We then had to travel 10 additional miles from our predetermined closing site (1 hour drive from where we were staying) to close with a Notary who they had contacted at the last minute. This is totally unacceptable. This company needs to loose their Florida license -- I am writing a letter to this affect. If you have experienced similiar problems with New House Title, LLC -- I would advise you to write a complaint to: Florida Dept. of Insurance, Bureau of Agent and Agency Licensing, 200 E.
