Over the past 30 years of pet adventures, I have visited a dozen or so of the local vet hospitals. I have to say that my experience with El Cajon Valley Veterinary has been exceptional.
Dr. Tessler and Dr. Paulsen are everything you would wish for in a veterinarian. Together they saved my very ill cat through a rough period and several operations. I almost fell out of my chair when I received my first evening report from Dr. Paulsen giving me an evening update on my hospitalized cat - these doctors really care about the pet and their owners.
Years have passed, all my pets and my friend's pets have prospered under their care.
Their front office staff always goes the extra mile, the doctors all support each other and while vet care is never inexpensive, their fees are respectful.
I've never felt like I'm being sold any unnecessary treatments or services. This place is a safe port in a storm if you have a sick pet.
