After 3 1/2 years of being a member, since no one at this bank could tell me after asking 3 separate times why the automatic transfer (couldn't tell me if it was to keep the account at a minimum balance or $0, wanted ME to look through the legal paperwork to see) I starting talking with the Branch Manager. I asked her 3 separate times why they (found out the transfers are even done manually by a person) kept transferring money every other week unnecessarily on Monday and not taking into account the activity from the previous Friday evening - Sunday? Of course, there is a ""small"" fee for this, each time.
I asked why they could not see that a check was deposited every other Fri evening /Sat, she avoided the question multiple time? I asked her to review our account and see this was never necessary, she never did and avoided the question? They kept trying to offer me other options (in the banks best interest and not solving the issue)? I printed out several occasions where the unnecessary fee was credited back each time I caught it and now all of the sudden they would not credit it back? I asked what I could do and they gave me multiple excuses and never seemed to be listening. I said if they could not fix it at least keep crediting the fee back, I could deal with it. They replied sending me a letter saying they will be closing all our accounts in 10 days. It really seemed all about the extra few bucks rather than the customer and their concerns. Sad, really. Take the high road and go somewhere else.
