I have recently started taking my dog to this hospital. I have to say I was impressed. The entire staff seemed to love what they were doing, they called me by my first name, and clearly showed how much they love animals. I have been to a number of veterinary clinics over the years and have NEVER encountered such a concerned and caring staff and Doctor. The Doctor was warm, shook my hand, made sure he had answered every question I had and wasn't afraid to come out into the waiting area to give me information on my dog's situation. The place was spotlessly clean and modern and the doctor respected my time. This clinic doesn't even require an appointment unless surgery is being done. Just an A++++++++ experience all the way around. Bravo for Heritage!!
