I check around and researched the hcg diet programs in Portland and ended up using ThinSpa here in the Beaverton Hillsboro area. I have tried the Jenny Craig weight loss program and Weight Watchers without the results I wanted. Their weight loss diet in doctor supervised and I loved it. It really kept me on track and focused on what my end results would be. Great, healthy weight loss program!
