I picked up a real bad virus. My system would not boot into windows. I called the manufacturer and they told me to use the system recovery. When I was done all my old stuff was gone. I found custom computers and they were able to go back and recover all of my Documents Pictures email and everything. Thank GOD! I was dead in the water without. Dont ever listen to Dell support when it comes to fixing your computer.\r
