Review content:
The experience was pleasant. They were very good with customer service, however there were some frustrations in the process. The process took much longer than advertised. There were delays in the delivery of custom pieces from their suppliers. For example, the bathtub was delivered and it was cracked, so we had to order another. A mirror was delivered but it had a big scratch on it. Weilers were very apologetic, but the overall experience was compromised slightly because of mishaps that seemed to be out of their control.
The end result is beautiful. We are very pleased with the workmanship on the bathroom. Pete, and his assistant Jane, were very professional and sympathetic. They kept me updated constantly throughout everything. Overall I'm very pleased with the end result and happy I went with them.
