Do not buy anything from Hudsons or Berkline furniture. - ken - Today\r
Purchased a Berkline electric reclining couch from Hudsons in October of 2008 for $5000. When it arrived 2 out of the 4 recliners were broken and 2 of them had tears in the leather. I offered to pay Hudsons $500 to take back this lemon, and I would buy another couch off their showroom floor if they would take back the couch they just delivered. Hudsons said no way your stuck with it but we will fix it. Well it is now Feb 24th 2009 and its still not fixed and Hudsons and the repair company they use (Total Leather Care) are pointing the finger at each other and I still have a broken couch. Avoid Hudsons at all cost. They have no integrity at all. Burkline is no better as they say, ""we are just the manufacturer you have to deal with Hudsons. But we have had a lot of complaints about Hudsons. They commonly lie to customers just to get a sale"".
Cons: don't give a dam about customers after the sale
