Was it the month long wait for delivery? Maybe it was the completely botched delivery set-up process. It could have been the manager's attitude when I returned the broken pieces to the store. His response was ""We moved over 7000 pieces last month and 90% of those were fine."" So when I said that I was just lucky to be in the losing 10% he just shrugged. I didn't do the math quick enough, but by his estimation, 700 people got screwed by Hudson Furniture last month and they're OK with that. When the repair company finally called me the repairman told me ""I'm not coming out there just for you."" I live fifteen minutes from the store. I had to reschedule to meet the repairman's schedule and take time off from work to be here. When he got here he put it back together WRONG. Now I have to schedule another appointment and take more time off from work, again. Did I mention that the bed that I bought is constructed like it came from IKEA? And that's insulting to IKEA in this case. I tried to speak to the manager Bob, he's off on Tuesday's and apparently he leaves early every other day of the week. It's been two weeks and I'm still waiting to talk to him.
